"This is not a request for help. It's one more testimonial, but I couldn't find any other contact e-mail address to send it to. I've got a Dell laptop that is only a year old. About 6 weeks ago I got the BSOD with the hardware malfunction message, then continuous crashes saying memory error, parity check error, etc. Nothing new installed, programs or hardware. Dell was no help, and the countless blogs on the subject led me to believe my computer was now junk. I tried new memory, (replaced 2GB DDR2 with same, not cheap) on the recommendation of Microsoft's knowledgebase. No improvement and the computer was still unusable. New RAM removed and old RAM reinstalled ... same results. Today I decided to clean out the dust and see if heat was the cause. That improved it a bit, it only crashed every half hour or so, unless I tried to start something that made the Graphics card work, then it crashed immediately. I bought the computer specifically for Flight Sims and haven't been able to fly since mid June. I stumbled across your software while looking for any other possible causes or fixes. Only five minutes combined to install RegCure and run it, and my computer has been rock solid all day. Thank you. A very happy customer."

"I just want to say that so far I love your software! Our McAfee was down for a few days and in that time our computer became over run with spyware, trojans, and viruses. Even after the McAfee was back up and running we were still plagued with constant pop ups while on the internet. SO-OOOO AGRIVATING!! I noticed that "url.cpvfeed" was one of the headings prior to some of the pop up ads opening. I googled that and found "NoAdware" which I downloaded promptly. It removed a ton of viruses, but we were still plagued by the same annoying pop ups. I googled the url.cpvfeed heading again and found your software. I was a bit leery, since the NoAdware had not made much of a difference, but I was desperate and thought I'd try to get rid of our problem one more time. I am happy to say that in the 2 days since downloading your program we have had NO pop ups! In addition to the hundreds of viruses the NoAdware removed, your program removed over 250 more, which must have included the one causing the "url.cpvfeed" mess! Thank you so much for the prompt reply. As a dad I want to help make my daughter's life easier. She is working 3 jobs during the summer to pay her way thru college as her mother and her two brothers and I did so. Your help will go a long way in convincing my daughter,Lauren, that the software protection is needed. My daughter's ex- boyfriend considers himself a computer guru (he also did not finish Marine boot camp and dropped out of two community colleges after one semester each). He convinced her that only he or a guy knows anything about computers. Since I'm somewhat older than my daughter's mother,Lauren thinks I'm too old to know much about computers, even 'tho I programmed mainframes in engineering school and grad school and wrote my own Basic language programs for Xerox word processors 25 years ago. So if you have minute to write a few words of wisdom/advice for ,Lauren, telling her why the software is needed, I would appreciate your doing so. Working 3 jobs, she doesn't really have the time to do on line research or read your web page, as again, she thinks computers are for guys., But a short two or three sentence note explaining what the software does will do more than my trying to tell her what this is all about. Even 'tho she is 20 and in college, and took computers in school since middle school, she says she hates computers and her boyfriend did not help the cause. If you don't have the time, that is fine, as the fact that you wrote the email will convince my daughter that the download will be easier and you are a computer professional. I'm only a dad. I don't believe my daughter is yet aware of the type of protection needed for the computer, as I was not either until having to learn about this type of software. I am still learning, so I again, appreciate your help. Thus far, I am very satisfied with the software protection. When we get a laptop for the house in the next month or so, I will buy another license for it or ask you how to upgrade to a third computer license key.
